I couldn't use my lower gears last year, I went all year thinking about changing them out this spring. It turns out the problem was me, I'm an idiot. :)

Note the log stuck between the medium and low gear set.

The seat kept sliding around a lot last year. The problem is that the teeth on the saddle attachment wore out and won't grip anymore. It's a replaceable piece and I have one on order. In the short term, a dremel will almost always provide a short term solutions to a long term problems. I ground some groves into the worn section. It will probably last until the new one arrives.

Eliminated the stupid chirping sound. It took me half an hour to figure out that it was the rear brakes. Being a trail bike, the rims are, um, we'll say a little bit out of round.
